EM – Arsenal seek derby postponement

Arsenal have asked the Premier League to postpone this weekend’s north London derby against Tottenham.

They say they made the request “reluctantly” after being hit by Covid, injuries and players at the Africa Cup of Nations.

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola revealed they have recorded some new positive Covid results ahead of tomorrow’s Premier League clash with title rivals Chelsea.

He was among 21 staff and players who were unable to travel to Swindon for the FA Cup win last week.
