EM – Dreams FC star Fatawu Issahaku lead home players included in the Ghana squad

Dreams FC winger Fatawu Issahaku and teammate Philemon Baffour, Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Richard Attah and Kotoko captain Ismail Ganiyu made up the 28-man squad.

The four were part of the previous squad, but only Issahaku played when he made his Black Stars debut against Zimbabwe in Cape Coast.

They hope to play important games against Ethiopia and South Africa this month.

The Black Stars must beat Ethiopia and South Africa, to qualify for the Africa World Cup playoffs and have a realistic chance of qualifying for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
