The nation’s best young talents will realize their football dreams tonight as the first day of the AFL drafting period begins at 4:00 p.m. AWST.
The 2021 draft will be delivered over two evenings, the 24th and 25th November, with the selection in the first round on Wednesday.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the event will be held virtually with all 18 clubs submitting their selection drafts via an online system within the AFL Review Center (ARC).
Fremantle has two early selections, pick six and eight, while West Coast has 10 in the first round.
North Melbourne didn’t surprise with the No. 1 selection and took as expected South Australian Young Gun Jason Horne-Francis with the award-winning selection.
