Pro tennis players Serena Williams, 40, and Venus Williams, 41, may have dozen of Grand Slam wins together – but their most recent win wasn’t on the court. The couple just attended the King Richard premiere together and totally won the red carpet.
Serena couldn’t look tighter in a black one-legged jumpsuit with a matching glove and thigh-high boot, while Venus killed it in a silver high-slit dress. Both sisters showed off their super shaped legs for the cameras and the results are legendary.
Of course, long training sessions and intense games on the court keep Serena and Venus in amazing shape. Venus is very open about her love of sport: “Tennis is so much fun – so much fun,” she said on Women’s Health UK.
“That feeling of meeting a winner, the feeling of satisfaction – nothing really goes with it. You managed. Tennis is a sport that is just so satisfying and great, ”she added.
But the couple also spend a lot of time training together. “Train Venus. Check out my training with Venus @venuswilliams, ”Serena captioned an old Instagram video.
The sisters did a warm-up that combined yoga with serious stretches. “I’m excited to be walking you through what I like to call a warm-up, but it’s a bit intense so be on the safe side,” Serena warned the audience (noted).
Serena did a while ago also posted a TikTok with a taste of their cardio workout that included weighted jump squats, interval ladder workouts, some abdominal muscle movements with a resistance band, box jumps, some plank variations, and more.
As for their diet, both sisters are plant-based. Serena says she’s trying to eat to live. Don’t live to eat, “says Women’s Health,” I want to have a healthy lifestyle and recently [I’ve been eating] a lot of vegetables and mostly plant-based, super healthy stuff. “
Venus, on the other hand, sees itself as” Chegan “or vegan who cheats on occasion. Salads are her favorite food, topped off with her very own dressing: “I made a vegan butter and a ranch buttermilk dressing. It’s just so fresh and the veggies go so quickly, “she told Women’s Health.
