NHS England has announced that people in their thirties will be able to book an appointment for a Covid jab from tomorrow May 12 as the vaccine rollout continues in the UK.
It is widely reported that NHS sources have stated that they aim to deliver at least one dose to all adults by the end of July.
People under 40 will be offered the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine as an alternative to the Oxford / AstraZeneca sting, which has been linked to extremely rare blood clots.
You can book appointments online from 7 a.m., while people in their late 30s will receive an invitation to book via text message.
As of Tuesday, 35.7 million first doses were completed in the UK of Covid-19 vaccines administered another 18 million second doses, according to government statistics – for a total of over 54 million vaccinations.
