Springer was born in Guyana before moving to Toulouse at a young age He played his junior rugby for Toulouse and represented France at the international youth level He was then signed by Catalan Dragons before making his debut in Super League in 2014 as a substitute against St Helens
He was a member of the Castleford squad that won the League Leaders Shield in 2017, making 21 appearances during the season
The towering accessory has played both on the world stage and has invaluable Super League experience with the Catalans Dragons, Castleford Tigers and more recently the Wolfpack and is sure to become a fan favorite on and off. ground
