What’s New on Netflix in July — Plus: Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+ and Others

To help you anticipate and navigate all that Netflix has to offer, TVLine presents this comprehensive list of all the TV series, movies, documentaries and specials making their debut on the streaming service this month — all as a free supplement to our daily What to Watch and weekly TVLine-Up columns.

Among Netflix TV shows this July, you have a second season of The Umbrella Academy, the final half-season of Cable Girls, a revival of Unsolved Mysteries and a modern take on The Baby-Sitters Club. In addition, you’ll find the streaming debut of the acclaimed docuseries The Last Dance, the most recent seasons of In the Dark and Shameless, and the complete run of the MMA drama Kingdom.

Also on tap is Katherine Langford’s 13 Reasons Why followup Cursed, a sequel to The Kissing Booth and a mini-New Girl reunion (by way of the new film Desperados).

TVLine this month is also offering a look at what’s coming up on fellow streaming services Amazon Prime (including new seasons of Absentia and Hanna), Apple TV+ (new home to the Tom Hanks movie Greyhound), Disney+ (which is presenting a filmed performance of Broadway’s Hamilton), HBO Max (soon delivering the Amy Schumer docuseries Expecting Amy) and Hulu (which offers a trip to Andy Samberg’s Palm Springs).

All told, you’ll find upward of 500 new or library titles coming to one of the six major streaming services in July.
